  I will not be coming here again. I went by yesterday to pay a bill that is under my moms name, and Edwin who was working the register did not want to give me a paper receipt since according to him; It is company policy to ask for a authorized person on the account to give a receipt, which is total BS! I was not wanting information on the account, I was just wanting to make a payment and receive a receipt. Funny thing is I had gone to that same store the month before to make a payment and he himself gave me a receipt. All I can say is bad customer service, after being with t-mobile for 11 years and me making the payments for my mom all along I have never been asked for her to be present to receive a receipt. Not happy and will not recommend this store to others.
