  I love James Avery, but they should have better customer service.... they are pretty pricey. I have 3 daughters, and 2 granddaughters. We all have bracelets, and all love charms. I've had several charms that are too heavy for the bracelets.... They fall off. James Avery charges half if the charm breaks... to replace it. They don't help at all if the charm falls off. They charged me $50. To engrave 4 tiny letters and it took them twice as long as it was suppose to. The also charged me another $20... for the cleaning cloth. I think I'm looking for a new place to buy charms. Lol
